Our story

Saba Khani is a pastry chef, dessert artist, and the founder of Mondrian Pastry.

Saba’s background combines fine arts, traditional handicrafts, and hospitality management, giving her a unique perspective on dessert design, presentation, and customer experience. She has completed some of the most advanced professional training programs in pastry, bread, and chocolate, mastering both classical techniques and modern European methods.
